Bears Ears National Monument Advisory Committee Meeting - December 7, 2022

The Bureau of Land Management Monticello Field Office and U.S. Department of Agriculture Manti-La Sal National Forest will host a public meeting of the Bears Ears National Monument Advisory Committee on Dec. 7, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with public comments accepted at 1:30 p.m.

Meeting Update: This meeting will be held entirely online. If you cannot access the meeting virtually or would like to view the meeting/provide comments in-person, you may go to the BLM Monticello conference room at 365 North Main in Monticello. During the meeting, the committee will discuss and provide input on the management of the Bears Ears National Monument including discussing and receiving input on the alternative development process and the draft environmental impact statement.

There will be an opportunity for members of the public to share comments with the committee at 1:30 p.m. Comments may be time-limited. We encourage you to sign up in advance, but advanced registration is not required.
